Asset Manager Washington, DC Pay From: $80,000 per year MUST: Experienced Asset Manager 5+ years of asset manager experience Proficiency in administering hybrid Azure Active Directory environments. Experience with Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM). Strong understanding of Active Directory account management. Knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop setup, imaging, and deployment processes. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple support tiers. Familiarity with IT asset management best practices, including inventory tracking, asset disposal, and lifecycle management. DUTIES: Provide customer and technical support by collecting and managing trouble tickets, analyzing user-reported issues, identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues as necessary. Track and monitor technical issues through resolution, ensuring timely updates and closure, while delivering assistance to end users in person, remotely, or via phone/email. Administer and support a hybrid Azure Active Directory environment, including identity, security, and policy configurations. Manage user and device configurations using Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM), including compliance policy enforcement, application deployment, and device configuration. Support IT desktop infrastructure and minor server-related issues, including setup, configuration, imaging, and deployment of PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT assets. Perform data transfers, backups, recovery, and new device setup for end users, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. Maintain accurate and up-to-date desktop inventory records; decommission, dispose of, or repurpose IT assets in accordance with organizational policies. Create, modify, and manage user accounts in on-premises and cloud-based environments (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD), supporting access control, permission changes, and user profile configurations.
