A Taste of What You'll Do

Are you passionate about finance and eager to make a meaningful impact in the wine industry? We are seeking a Finance and Sourcing Analyst to join our dynamic team at our esteemed Chester County Operations facility. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive financial and business-related analyses to assess the impact of various projects, systems, and transactions. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments to source materials in the most cost-effective manner, ensuring our operations remain efficient and sustainable.

As a Finance and Sourcing Analyst, you will be actively involved in both departmental and interdepartmental planning and management teams, working cross-functionally to drive organizational success. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed analyses and research on financial performance, expense performance, and investment opportunities. You will play a key role in the development of our three-year strategic financial plans, supporting departments in budget formulation and reviewing actual expenses versus budget, providing monthly variance statements to keep everyone on track.

You will also lead and manage sourcing processes for our East Coast sites, analyzing supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and improving quality and service. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying and setting up suppliers that align with our business objectives. As a subject matter expert, you will guide the team through procurement processes and value opportunities, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

What You'll Need

  • MBA degree plus 2 years of Finance or Accounting, Military, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Gallo Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Computer skill requirements include: intermediate MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Required to travel between sites, as needed.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
