Job Title: Quality Control Assurance - Loan Operations Location: Chicago, IL 60604 Duration: 4 months Assignment Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F, 9am - 6pm CST Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days per week Project Overview: The candidate will be assisting the FTE staff at the Chicago Wabash building with administrative and mail processing. Provide support for Chicago Loan Processing and Letter of Credit Teams. Tasks & Responsibilities: Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Incoming Mail Processing. Return Mail Processing. Administrative Support for Letter of Credit partners. Assist with selected additional functions for Retail and Commercial Processing and possibly Special Handing on a limited basis. This will be an Emphasis on low-risk activities to free up additional time for full time partners. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Seeking someone who learns quickly and is extremely detail oriented. Looking for someone who is willing to be trained and assist the team. Prior experience in a Loan Operations/Processing or Administrative environment would be preferred. Past experience with performing administrative duties.
