We're currently seeking a compassionate individual to join our team in the Waldorf Region Day Program (PRP). In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating activities, facilitating rehabilitation groups, and providing case management for adult consumers attending our day program.
Position Details:
     
     Part-Time: Tuesday-Friday 7:30a-4p
     
     Valid driver's license required; daily use of 15-passenger van
     
     Key Responsibilities:
     
     Coordinate activities and provide skills training
     
     Facilitate rehabilitation groups and individual meetings
     
     Use computer systems for documentation
     
     Drive 15-passenger vans daily for transportation needs
Qualifications:
     
     Ability to drive a 15-passenger van and maintain a valid driver's license - MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening!
     
     Experience using an eHR system for documentation
     
     Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in mental health field
     
     Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings

      Compensation and Benefits:
      
      Pay Range
       : $19.49/hour - $21.83/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
      
      Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training. 
      
      PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). 
      
      Holidays: Full-Time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year, with overtime if required to work. Part-Time employees are eligible for overtime if required to work on holidays. 
      
      Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year. 
      
      Health Benefits: Full and Part-Time Employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care). 
      
      Company-Paid Benefits: Full-Time employees are eligible for Long-Term Disability and Basic Life/AD&D. All employees are eligible for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
