Job Description
Key Role Description The Wholesale Marketing Specialist role includes a variety of tasks and responsibilities that support the wholesale marketing manager, our current customer needs, and some support processes associated with pricing formulas, and contract-specific details. This role serves as the front-line communication to our customers, and this role is first and foremost customer service based: managing phone calls, emails, processing credits and rebills for our customers. Other responsibilities include database and inventory management, ad-hoc reporting and process improvement projects. This role supports the Marketing Operations team and function. Entry-level.
