Temp to Perm conversion at 4 months! Holiday pay, 401(k), direct deposit, and medical and dental insurance Interviews to be held on-site Wednesday August 6th Job Description: A Cycle Counter at Siemens is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels within the company's facilities. This role involves conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory records align with physical stock. The Cycle Counter collaborates with various departments to resolve inventory issues and supports continuous improvement initiatives Key Responsibilities: * Perform scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy * Investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records * Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, to access inventory in various storage locations * Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., SAP) for tracking and recording inventory movements * Collaborate with team members and other departments to address inventory discrepancies * Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to inventory status and discrepancies * Support warehouse operations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives * Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED; additional education in supply chain management or logistics is a plus * Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role * Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, with a valid driver's license * Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check, education verification, employment verification and a drug screen, as well as successful completion of safety training requirements.
