YOUR IMPACT

As aPrincipal Solutions Consultanton OpenText's Business Network Enterprise team, you'll play a critical role in helping organizations across industries digitize their supply chains, streamline operations, and unlock the value of their information. In this highly consultative role, you'll engage with enterprise prospects and customers to understand their integration needs, design scalable cloud-based solutions, and lead technical discovery and solution design initiatives across various ERP and eCommerce platforms. You'll serve as a trusted advisor in solving real-world business problems through integration, automation, and innovation.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • The opportunity to design and deliver repeatable cloud integration solutions across all major ERP systems (NetSuite, MS Dynamics, SAP, Sage) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Walmart).
  • Lead and collaborate on technical discovery, proposal development, and solution architecture alongside Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams.
  • Present compelling demos, technical presentations, and business cases to communicate product value and customer outcomes.
  • Provide feedback from the field to Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap and enhancement priorities.
  • Act as a technical lead in RFP/RFI responses and transition customer engagements seamlessly from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Help standardize and productize solution approaches for use across broader market segments.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, pre-sales, or solution implementation, ideally in B2B integration environments.
  • Strong understanding of EDI, API, EAI, Web Services, and ERP integration models (on-prem, SaaS, and iPaaS).
  • Experience working with collaborative business processes between organizations, particularly in supply chain, manufacturing, or financial services.
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4Hana, and Sage.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and protocols such as EDI, REST, and SOAP.
  • Expertise in IAM, authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP), and identity frameworks.
  • Excellent consultative, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $152,530 - $250,585; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
