Position Summary

Are you a systems builder, a culture shaper, and a relentless driver of performance? Wis-Pak is seeking a bold Facility Manager to lead our high-speed bottling operation into its next era of excellence. This isn't just a job-it's a mission to architect a world-class manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and efficiency converge through empowered teams and cutting-edge processes.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the delivery of Safe, Quality Cases On Time at the Lowest Cost.
  • Design and implement Lean Six Sigma frameworks including:
  • Standard Work
  • Daily Management
  • A3 Problem Solving
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Kaizen
  • Build and sustain a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Drive strategic change with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and execute annual operating and 5-year capital budgets.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in:
  • Safety, Quality and Reliability
  • Yield
  • Line Efficiency
  • Labor Efficiency
  • Spending
  • Champion safety initiatives including PPE enforcement and the FIFI (Find-It, Fix-It) program.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and Food Safety standards.
  • Stay current on manufacturing trends and evaluate new technologies for implementation.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of leadership in food manufacturing.
  • Proven success in Lean Six Sigma deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, SharePoint, and BI tools.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and team development.
