DESCRIPTION This position will be responsible for the development of web application user interfaces using HTML, SCSS, TypeScript, as well as frameworks such as Angular14 & above. The work will be focused on developing internal and customer-facing applications for a wide variety of browser environments and devices. To excel you'll need a solid understanding of all major desktop and mobile browser behaviors, responsive web design techniques, interface defect troubleshooting, and graceful fallback strategies for unsupported browsers. This role will be highly collaborative with UX designers, .NET developers, and project stakeholders to ensure an excellent user experience. * * RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with UX designers, analysts, and fellow developers to gather and refine project requirements * Implement existing UI design deliverables such as prototypes, wireframes, and style guides into functioning code * Work directly with back-end developers to ensure that the user interface is integrated as-intended * Test all completed views in a variety of browsers and devices * Troubleshoot and resolve any user interface defects between browsers QUALIFICATIONS Education * Degree and/or certifications in web design, computer science, web development, or a similar field. Additional certifications in user interface development are a plus * * Experience * At least 5+ years of front-end/UI development experience * Strong experience and hands-on experience in developing with AngularJS, Angular (14+) & SCSS/CSS preferred * Working knowledge of the Bootstrap library * Familiarity with integrating third-party UI controls (e.g. Angular Material, etc.) * Strong knowledge of user interface design processes particularly as applied to Web-based applications * Adept at creating responsive web interfaces that work seamlessly from mobile devices to large desktop monitors * * Skills * Results-oriented, product focused excellent ability to work cross functionally * Exceptional observation and listening skills; ability to recognize user experience needs and convert into product design * Ability to work well with a team; values the project, company and co-workers * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong understanding of web application coding best practices * Proficiency with Visual Studio and familiarity with * NET application development preferred * An available portfolio or samples of work - please supply a sample URL or link to your online portfolio as well as contact info (please be extremely clear re: what parts of sample work you actually implemented) Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.63 - $65.06/hr.
