Overview We are seeking a dynamic Digital Collaboration Analyst to ensure seamless audiovisual and conference room experiences across the organization. This role focuses on maintaining high availability for enterprise collaboration platforms, including video conferencing systems and collaboration tools, to support efficient meeting execution. Responsibilities * Maintain 99% uptime across all collaboration platforms and conferencing systems * Perform daily conference room health checks and equipment testing * Prepare rooms ahead of scheduled meetings, ensuring all components are operational * Provide real-time technical support during meetings to resolve any issues on the spot * Assist Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk operations, including ticket management and laptop onboarding for new hires * Image laptops using device management tools * Conduct daily checks of video conferencing technologies (e.g., telepresence systems) * Monitor ticketing queues for incident and task resolution Required Skills * Audiovisual systems support and maintenance * Experience with Office 365 collaboration tools * Familiarity with IT asset imaging tools * Strong troubleshooting and ticket resolution capabilities * Proficiency in using ticketing systems Preferred Skills * Experience with RemedyForce or similar ITSM platforms * Exposure to vulnerability management tools Experience Level Intermediate - ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in enterprise collaboration or IT support environments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
