Job Title: Warehouse & Delivery Associate
Location: Oxford, CT Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse & Delivery Associate to manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse located in Oxford, CT. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the primary person in the warehouse, working closely with office staff, project managers, and field teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while keeping the warehouse running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Fulfill and process orders, including shipping and receiving. * Store, organize, and assemble equipment. * Load and unload trucks. * Deliver equipment to customer sites using a box truck. * Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts. * Enter purchase order data and process invoices. * Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized. * Communicate effectively with internal teams and handle shipment-related issues. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Experience: * 2-3+ years of warehouse experience. * Valid and clean driver's license. * Comfortable driving a box truck. Preferred Qualifications: * Forklift experience (certification preferred but not required). * Previous experience in a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager role. Ideal Candidate Traits: * Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility. * Trustworthy and dependable. * Able to work independently and maintain order in a dynamic environment. * Strong communication and time management skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
