About the Role

FIS is seeking a visionary and results-driven executive to serve as the Revenue Operations - Head of Planning, Governance, Process, Tools & AI. This is a mission-critical role for a transformational leader with deep expertise in scaling global GTM operations, driving automation and AI innovation, and architecting operational frameworks that fuel growth. You will shape the future of FIS's revenue engine-leading centralized planning, global process governance, process optimization, incentive design, territory management, and sales tool strategy across a multi-billion-dollar enterprise.

Operating within a highly matrixed, complex organization that spans three global businesses, six continents, and a revenue-producing organization of over 500 sellers, you will bring clarity, precision, and executional excellence to one of the largest fintech sales organizations in the world. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, enterprise change management capabilities, and a relentless drive to optimize and innovate.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, you will lead a team of leaders and functional experts and serving as a key architect of operational excellence and growth enablement for our GTM teams across sales, account management, marketing, and channels.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Planning & Governance

  • Centrally manage the annual commercial planning process, including GTM strategy, segmentation, quota planning, headcount planning, and investment modeling.
  • Oversee territory design and management, field capacity modeling, and sales incentive compensation strategy.
  • Establish and enforce global governance frameworks for GTM operations, including rules of engagement, account ownership, and data integrity.

Process Design, Automation & AI Integration

  • Map, optimize, and automate end-to-end GTM processes using lean, scalable methodologies and AI-powered capabilities.
  • Deploy and operationalize AI-driven insights for pipeline health, lead routing, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity.
  • Own the TQM (Total Quality Management) framework for revenue operations, ensuring efficiency and repeatability across global teams.

Technology Transformation & Tools Leadership

  • Select, deploy, and continuously optimize the global RevOps tech stack, including Salesforce, Dynamics, Outreach, Seismic, Gong, Asana, ZoomInfo, Xactly, Anaplan, Pigment or similar tools.
  • Lead the enterprise-wide transformation from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption and maximum value realization.
  • Ensure seamless integrations between RevOps systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., Finance, HR, Product, Marketing).

Executive Compensation & Performance Analytics

  • Lead design and execution of executive and field compensation programs, sales bonuses, and SPIFs in partnership with Finance and HR.
  • Build and operationalize performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards for sales leaders and GTM stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Organizational Impact

  • Serve as a manager of managers, leading a high-performing, globally distributed team.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop senior leaders across planning, analytics, systems, and enablement functions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM strategy, or enterprise business operations in large-scale B2B or fintech organizations.
  • Deep expertise in sales planning, process design, governance, compensation, territory management, and automation.
  • Proven success in deploying AI and advanced analytics in sales and operations environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-level stakeholders and global cross-functional partners.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar.

Bonus if You Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Outreach, Seismic, Gong, Asana, ZoomInfo, Xactly, Anaplan, Pigment or similar tools.
  • Experience managing large-scale CRM transformations, ideally from Dynamics to Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with large-scale AI/ML implementations in GTM functions.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or global enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience in financial services
  • Experience working with highly matrixed and large scale B2B sales organizations.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $200,960.00 - $337,620.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
