BlueHalo, an AV Company is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Operations Specialist to support our Electronic Warfare (EW) and Cyber solutions across the globe. As a key member of our Technical Operations team, you'll bridge the gap between engineering and business development - enabling customers to understand, adopt, and succeed with BlueHalo's, an AV Company, advanced technologies.

You will lead product demonstrations, provide hands-on training, assist in solution design, and support both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Your ability to build lasting customer relationships, communicate technical value, and ensure mission readiness makes you a vital contributor to BlueHalo's, an AV Company, success. This role requires a unique mix of field experience, customer-facing presence, and sales-minded strategy.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Customer & Sales Support

  • Partner with sales and business development teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective and current customers.
  • Act as the technical voice of the customer - understanding operational needs, translating requirements, and shaping BlueHalo solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for customers and partners to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
  • Provide field support and technical consultation during pilots, evaluations, and integrations across ground, maritime, and airborne platforms.
  • Maintain and improve training and demo environments; prepare and customize materials for specific customer use cases.

Technical Field Operations

  • Troubleshoot product issues, manage technical escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and deployment lifecycle.
  • Support international and domestic travel to customer sites, including high-risk or austere environments.
  • Document customer feedback and collaborate with engineering and product teams to influence product enhancements and roadmap planning.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and technical decision-makers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active or ability to obtain U.S. Department of Defense Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
  • Must be eligible to obtain an FAA 3rd Class Medical Certificate.
  • Experience with Bluetooth, satellite communications, Wi-Fi, and cyber/EW diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in a Sales Engineering, Field Application Engineer, or Technical Presales role.
  • Comfortable working directly with DoD, government, or defense industry customers in live and high-stakes environments.
  • Strong skills in computer hardware/software, networking, cybersecurity, and electronic systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%, both domestically and internationally, often with short notice.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military/government experience preferred; certifications a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior military experience in Signals Intelligence (SI), Electronic Warfare (EW), or Cyber Operations highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently and confidently in high-pressure or fast-moving situations.
