What you'll be doing...

As a part of the Channel Enablement and Optimization Team within the Base Management Marketing Organization, you'll be responsible for delivering the best possible experience for customers and the frontline. Through the analysis and monitoring of our customer and rep interactions, you'll uncover insights related to behavior, promotional offers, customer communications, rep tools, etc. You'll study these elements to assess the scale of the opportunity and serve the insights and recommendations to our business partners, shepherding those recommendations through to fruition, and ultimately measuring performance and impact to KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring excellence for customer contacts through aligned execution and elevation of base marketing strategies.

  • Leading strategic projects to optimize performance and drive marketing KPIs.

  • Improving offer performance, utilization of offer tools across rep-facing channels and provide ongoing feedback for offer and tool enhancement.

  • Driving optimization through the use of advanced insights, and emerging technologies to maximize outcomes.

What we're looking for...

You are strategic and operational. You work well cross-functionally and are known as a phenomenal partner. You are proactive, and are accountable from ideation to execution to measurement.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience working in Analytics, Strategy, Marketing and/or Operations.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing channel (Customer Success, Inside Sales, Retail or Indirect).

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Where you'll be working

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $124,000.00 - $238,000.00. The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $136,500.00 - $238,000.00.
