Accounts Payable *Shift: 1st, (7:30am/9am-4pm/5pm)* *Pay: $22-$25/hr (Based on experience)* Job Description: Review, process, and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and policy compliance. Maintain strong vendor relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies. Accurately record financial transactions in the general ledger. Prepare journal entries to reflect financial activities as needed. Use accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Service Titan, and potentially Quicken or ADP to complete daily tasks. Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate handling of employee-related expenses and reimbursements. Analyze financial data to identify errors, trends, or opportunities for improving processes. Assist with month-end closing activities and generate reports for management review.
