General Information: At James Madison University, Well Dukes is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Coordinator to support the continued growth and development of Well Dukes Coaching. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Personal Well-Being, the Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing student well-being through outreach and direct student engagement. This position is responsible for facilitating well-being coaching as a holistic, inclusive, and evidence-informed early intervention strategy. Using empathetic communication, motivational interviewing, and principles of positive psychology, the Coordinator will engage one-on-one with students to strengthen their commitment to health promoting behaviors. Additionally, the Coordinator will cultivate campus partnerships, grow referral pathways, provide consultation, and support the training and development of campus partners to promote and integrate personal well-being initiatives across the university.
