What to Expect in Training: * Day 1: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Following Days: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Duration: 2 weeks of hands-on training, system orientation, and mentorship to set you up for success! Key Responsibilities: * Accurately enter and manage data * Communicate with referral sources and collect documentation * Ensure compliance with payer guidelines * Assist with inventory and service selection * Handle financial responsibilities for non-Medicaid patients * Navigate EMR systems to retrieve patient information * Collaborate with internal teams to support the referral process Let's Talk! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
