Job Title: Print Mail Operator - 3rd Shift
Location: Franklin, WI Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM CT Employment Type: Full-Time Dress Code: Business Casual Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Print Mail Operator with experience in digital print and print press operations. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely production and distribution of printed materials, including highly confidential documents. * Set up and operate digital print and press equipment * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting * Use middleware to manage production output flow * Prioritize workflow to meet service level agreements * Conduct quality assurance checks, sorting, and packaging Inserting & Mailing: * Insert forms, letters, and promotional materials for mailing * Assemble complete mailings with confidential content (e.g., checks, policy information) * Verify job totals against mailing instruction pages * Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments * Perform daily maintenance and minor repairs General Duties: * Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment * Suggest process improvements and document vendor service calls * Respond to customer service inquiries * Monitor and stage inventory of consumables * Complete administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Qualifications: * Minimum 1+ year of print experience * Comfortable with digital print and print press systems * Confident using software tools and middleware * Easy to coach and receptive to feedback * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Why Join Us?
