1.3-5 years of desktop experience, (experience working in an autonomous, self-driven environment) 2.Experience supporting O365, Outlook, MS Virtual Desktop, Netskope, (banking applications would be a plus!) 3.Strong customer service skills, detail-oriented, analytical mindset - ability to work in changing environments and must be adaptable *Top Skills Details* Desktop, Windows 10, Support, Troubleshooting, Active directory, Windows, Customer service *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Additional* This person will also take helpdesk tickets, so must be comfortable with that as they will support the global desk as well *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
