URGENT: AI Trainer Analyst Monday to Friday, Hybrid \| Contract to Hire MUST WORK ON HAWAII TIME Description System Configuration & Optimization: Collaborate with the vendor to configure Talkdesk workflows, IVR, and routing logic. Ensure the system is aligned with patient experience standards and healthcare compliance requirements. Customize call flows to reduce dropped calls and improve first-call resolution. AI & LLM Integration: Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to handle common patient inquiries via voice and text. Develop and test AI-driven scripts and responses for appointment scheduling, FAQs, and triage. Plan for future integration of agentic AI and SMS-based communication. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define KPIs and success metrics (e.g., call drop rate, resolution time, patient satisfaction). Track and report on system performance post-deployment. Iterate based on feedback and data to continuously improve the system. Skills IVR, Talkdesk Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
