Customer Support Representative - Order Processing Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This role is not a typical call center position-it involves handling custom orders and providing tailored support to clients. You will collaborate with departments such as engineering and warehouse to resolve inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Provide support to customers and sales representatives, including order entry, quoting, expediting, restocking, and troubleshooting. * Handle custom orders and client-specific questions that may require coordination with other departments. * Begin in an Order Processing role focused on data entry while learning the systems and product lines. * Utilize tools such as Outlook, Excel, and SAP to manage daily tasks. Required Skills: * Customer service and order entry experience * Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities * Technical support aptitude * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Top Skills: * Customer service * Order processing * SAP proficiency Qualifications: Must Have: * Minimum 1 year of customer service or order entry experience * Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn technical product knowledge * Positive attitude and strong attention to detail (verified through references) * Typing speed of 45 WPM * Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office * High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have: * Bachelor's degree * 2-4 years of experience in technical customer service * Experience with SAP * Familiarity with the power transmission industry * Interest in technical or mechanical hobbies (e.g., car repair, farming) * Bilingual in English and Spanish *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.53 - $22.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
