We are seeking a Plumbing and Fire Protection Entry Level Designer with minimal experience to join our MEP Buildings division in our Boston, MA office. We have a thriving practice with a close-knit, team-oriented group that is looking to add resources to assist with the delivery of our current backlog of work.

Educational Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
* Successful completion of the Fundamentals Exam (FE) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Plumbing and Fire Protection building systems from senior engineering guidance/mentoring for transportation maintenance facilities projects.
* May perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports; assisting professional-level employees on assignments; and other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
* The ideal candidate will have skills with Revit and AutoCAD.
* Skills with Revit are a plus.
* Any knowledge of modeling or designing Plumbing and/or Fire Protection systems is a plus.
Additional Experience:
* Any prior internship experience designing facilities for industrial, educational, institutional, and government projects is a plus.
* Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
* Note: some travel may be required.

Compensation Range:

$71,024.64 - $94,699.51
