 Job Summary Job Description Job Title:Digital Product VP/Associate What is the opportunity? We are seeking aDigital Product VP/Associateto join our growing team within RBC Capital Markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Product Innovation, this role offers the opportunity to support cutting-edgedigital and AI productsacross our Investment Bank. In this position, you'll partner with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders from various lines of business to build, integrate, and execute digital and AI-powered solutions that transform how our business delivers value to our clients and stakeholders. This is a highly visible opportunity to define product strategy, lead end-to-end product development, and help drive RBC's digital transformation. What will you do?

 The expected salary range for this particular position is $160,000 - $225,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
