Job Purpose
The position is responsible for increasing Customer Pay Repair Orders and Parts/Accessory sales for AHM by driving new and active customers to dealerships for vehicle maintenance and repairs via direct mail, email, and digital channels. This role leads key Service Retention initiatives-including Service Reminders, Complimentary Maintenance Programs, Loyalty Programs, and Honda DreamShop Marketing-for both Honda and Acura brands, with the goal of strengthening customer engagement and maximizing long-term service retention.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead day-to-day management of the Service Reminder Program, including strategy, creative, vendor oversight, data logic, campaign setup, performance tracking, and dealer communications.
- Ensure seamless execution that aligns with business goals and dealer capacity. ($12M+ budget)
- Drive the development and optimization of Honda DreamShop and Loyalty Programs marketing efforts. Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance customer engagement and encourage long-term service retention.
- Analyze program performance using campaign reporting and customer data insights. Identify trends, develop recommendations, and present strategic updates to senior management and executive stakeholders
- Coordinate with field teams, regional management, and dealer communications to support program adoption, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with brand messaging and customer experience expectations.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent work experience
- 3-10+ years in combination of automotive sales, parts, service, research, and marketing experience
- Strong project planning, organizing and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (required)
- Process management skills such as System Trees, PDCA, Cap-Do, 5-P, and SWOT
- Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on PPT and Excel
Working Conditions
- This position will require 0-5% of traveling domestically.
- On-site with in-office days on the Torrance campus.
