Hiring Tax relief sales representative!-In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients navigating tax challenges. Full time, Direct Placement opportunity with uncapped commission potential!
Key Responsibilities * Client Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and introduce tailored tax relief services. * Consultative Selling: Qualify leads, explain program benefits, and close deals using a solution-focused approach. * Relationship Building: Foster trust and long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * CRM Management: Accurately document all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. * Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Team Collaboration: Partner with tax professionals and internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. What You Bring * Experience: 2+ years in tax relief sales or a similar consultative sales environment. * Communication: Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills. * Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms (especially customized systems like Logics), Microsoft Word, and Excel. * Mindset: Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and a money-motivated attitude. * Multitasking: Ability to manage high call volumes and multiple client needs simultaneously. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or tax-related fields are a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr. vision, dental, PTO, health *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Costa Mesa,CA. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Jul 18, 2025. h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
