We work with healthcare organizations big and small to find the right physicians and advanced practitioners to provide quality patient care.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Client Orders from our vendor managements systems are duplicated and kept up to date in our internal CMS (Customer Management System).

Additional Details:
* Open an average of 8-10 Client Orders daily in internal CMS (Customer Management System) to include specific contract requirements and detailed job descriptions that meet MSP needs.
* Understand specialties and requirements and recruiting goals for accurate order processing.
* Utilize different resources and research materials to verify and input critical job details on initial orders by specialty.
* Update Client Orders as contract requirements change.
* Pause and close Client Orders in CMS when a contract is no longer open.
* Audit open and closed Client Orders for quality assurance and data integrity.
* Ensure orders are added and updated within tight time constraints.
* Ensure contract compliance, through order detail with insight into the MSP processes and requirements.
* Evaluate and understand client requirements to convey proper recruitment criteria in job postings for external job boards and Jackson and Coker's website to increase provider pool.
* Navigate multiple platforms to perform associated duties of the role.
* Meet weekly metrics expectations.

Requirements:

* High school degree required

* Strong working knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

* Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technology platforms

* Knowledge of database entry

* Understanding of business acumen
