Summary:

PeoplesBank is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. This role supports the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will assist in campaign development, coordinate marketing materials, manage social media content, and provide day-to-day support across various marketing functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing strategies while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our customers and community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning Support

  • Assist in the execution of strategic marketing plans under the guidance of senior team members
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support planning and messaging
  • Help compile customer and market insights to inform decision-making

Brand & Communications

  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed in internal and external materials
  • Help prepare and develop content for all media channels
  • Execute social media and email marketing in collaboration with the marketing team

Campaign & Social Media Execution

  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Help track project timelines, vendor communications, and campaign deliverables
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards
  • Monitor social media engagement and performance, respond to comments or messages as appropriate, and escalate feedback when needed
  • Create social media graphics using templates or design tools like Canva
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets and collateral inventory

Data Analysis

  • Assist with translating insights into actionable recommendations to inform and enhance future marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness

Event Management Support

  • Assist with the coordination and facilitation of client-facing events across multiple business lines, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic marketing goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support for marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, resource coordination, and adherence to project timelines and objectives
  • Assist with documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional communication to maintain project efficiency and alignment

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Fine Arts or a related field
  • 0-3 years of related work experience

Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Computer/Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic experience with Google Analytics, Canva, and email platforms
  • CRM Experience a plus
