How Will You Contribute to the Company?
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be instrumental in defining and delivering solutions within the Salesforce platform. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our business. Additionally, they will be responsible for leading the adoption and implementation of best practices in the use of Salesforce in supported processes: Sales, Support, Marketing. This role demands a strategic thinker and thought leader with excellent problem-solving skills that possesses an in-depth understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
What you will do
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including system configuration, integrations, and data integrity.
- Develop and implement customized solutions within Salesforce to support critical business functions in the areas of Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success that meet project objectives, and company goals.
- Create detailed specifications and technical designs based on business requirements that deliver scalable solutions with a focus on best practices and an exceptional user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, provide training and support to Salesforce users, and drive user adoption of best practice solutions.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce's seasonal updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.
- Manage & maintain sandbox environments
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health check, and Optimizer
- Manage integrated applications and third-party add-ons like: CPQ, DocuSign, Conga, ZoomInfo, Own, Marketo, Amazon Connect
The skills you bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years work experience, 5+ years of certified Salesforce Administrator experience
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Certifications in one or more of the following Salesforce solutions: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, AgentForce, Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Understanding of triggers and Apex code
- Proficient in DevOps/ release management practices
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
