About the Opportunity We're seeking an Associate Client Success Manager to join our Northeast Client Success pod, where you'll play a key role in helping our clients achieve their strategic goals. In this highly collaborative role, you'll support the team in expanding client programs across the region by managing essential day-to-day operations and ensuring consistent execution of processes throughout the client lifecycle. You'll gain hands-on experience with foundational client success practices, contributing to both operational excellence and the long-term growth of client partnerships. As you grow in the role, you'll take full ownership of a portfolio of clients-leading platform and program launches, nurturing relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams across sales, product, engineering, and marketing. The salary range of this opportunity is listed belowand is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience.
