Overview.
SEI is actively seeking an entry level Marketing Specialist to bolster our dynamic team. Your pivotal role involves vital support for small-to-mid-level projects while honing skills within marketing. Directly contributing to executing key strategies, your dedication fortifies SEI's marketing objectives, driving continuous industry growth. Your role goes beyond project support. You will be engaged in personal and professional development, enhancing not only your skills but also amplifying the marketing team's capabilities. Your contributions directly impact SEI's audience engagement, brand visibility, and strategic goals, while your enthusiasm and dedication shape both your career path and SEI's success in the competitive industry landscape. What you will do:* Support small-to-mid-level marketing projects, assisting senior team members in their execution. * Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of activities * Help organize marketing projects and maintain tracking systems for campaigns and materials. * Actively seek learning opportunities through training and stretch projects to develop skills and competencies. * Execute tasks under the guidance of experienced team members, contributing to the completion of daily assignments and projects. * Work closely under direct supervision to support clients, territories, accounts, or internal analyses. * Apply basic judgment in carrying out defined steps or processes, while seeking guidance as needed. * Develop an understanding of the team structure, roles, and responsibilities within the marketing department. What we need from you:* A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. * 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field. * Understanding of basic marketing principles and willingness to develop expertise. * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
