The Project Manager is a key administrative leader within the CAMELOT program, reporting to the Senior Director of Education, Training, and Growth at the OSUCCC and providing direct support to the Associate Director of CAMELOT. This role is responsible for managing critical projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and optimizing operational efficiency across the program. The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of CAMELOT, coordinating resources, systems, and communications to enhance program performance and impact. This position collaborates extensively with internal departmentsincluding Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and student servicesas well as external stakeholders to advance the mission of CAMELOT and support the broader strategic goals of the OSUCCC. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 4 years of relevant experience required, 4-8 years preferred. Proven experience in project management, preferably in an academic or healthcare setting. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments. Familiarity with HR processes, event planning, and program evaluation is highly desirable. Requires successful completion of a background check; qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
