Molex is seeking a strategic, results-driven Site Operations Director for our Aerospace and Defense Division (ADS) at our Georgetown (Austin), Texas site. The Site Operations Director responsibilities include overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality across the production lifecycle at the site. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations leadership, lean manufacturing, and cross-functional team management. What You Will Do
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's Degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field * Demonstrated leadership in operational excellence and successful implementation of lean/continuous improvement initiatives * Expert in key principles and best practices in LEAN manufacturing * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, supply chain logistics, and safety regulations.
