Overview

Capital Market Trading team offer a variety of products and work closely with the bankers and Investment Managers to execute trades. Capital Market Sales offers market leading liquidity & customized wealth solutions to ultra/high-net-worth (U/HNW) and (semi-) institutional clients domiciled in the US and offshore for Latin America clients. Private Bank (PB) offers its clients capital markets platform, wealth planning and offering management capabilities, as well as introductions to the Investment Bank, Corporate Bank and DWS through its elite investment sales team.

You will be working as part of the IPB Chief Operating Officer (COO) team supporting the day to day operations of the 4 businesses within Capital Markets, Investment Sales, Wealth Planning and Offering Management. Your role has key domestic responsibilities in the Americas, working for the Americas COO, to develop growth opportunities, manage costs, oversee business desk procedures, and ensure cross divisional service level agreements (SLAs) are followed so that IPB are appropriately remunerated for business.

What You'll Do

  • Providing analytical and operational support across the IPB investment product platform
  • Representing the business in various working groups including conflict of interest, business continuity and risk forums
  • Working as part of the PB COO team to implement business growth strategies, technology enhancements and cost saving initiatives, including managing small projects
  • Reviewing, interpreting and updating policies, practices and procedures in partnership with control functions to build a sound governance framework
  • Providing tactical solutions to improve business inefficiencies including streamlining management information system (MIS) reporting for key business meetings with senior management
  • Assisting the PB COO team to monitor and close internal and external audit points

  • Experience in the financial industry
  • Sound knowledge of wealth capabilities across multiple asset classes
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft office tools and applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL minimum three days in office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $48,000 - $68,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
