Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract to hire role with our client in the healthcare industry in Bloomington, MN. This role is 100% onsite. Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Business Analyst to support a high-performing leader within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys documenting complex processes, and isn't afraid to ask questions to get to the heart of the matter. You'll be the right hand to a manager who juggles multiple priorities-from client-facing initiatives to internal process development-and needs a sharp, self-starting analyst to help bring structure, clarity, and documentation to it all. Responsibilities: Shadow and support the hiring manager by documenting workflows, decisions, and processes in real time. Ask clarifying questions and deep-dive into details to ensure accurate and complete documentation. Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement; draft recommendations and present findings. Assist in the development and documentation of reporting processes, especially during the transition from MedImpact to Client. Collaborate across departments including compliance, legal, and operations on multiple concurrent projects. Document regulatory and operational changes and ensure impacted stakeholders are informed. Support the creation of impact reports and analytics using data from Power BI, Excel, and PBM-specific tools. Maintain organized documentation in SharePoint and other internal systems. Required Qualification: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst documenting business processes and requirements Candidates must be local to MN, ND, SD, IA or WI Completed Bachelors Degree Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, etc.) Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction Comfortable asking questions and being professionally direct Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple projects and shift focus quickly Experience in healthcare or PBM industry (PBM is strongly preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with compliance or legal processes Exposure to reporting systems or data analytics platforms Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $38.00 to $43.00/Hr.
