Projects adapt to business needs over time. And, activities may include: analyzing, improving/standardizing, and managing existing processes to drive engagement, experience and the utilization of Talent tools and resources; providing analyses and reporting to key internal stakeholders; creating training and quick-reference guides to support HR processes and systems; and acting as a liaison between key partners. The Senior Analyst will be part of a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds ranging from management consulting to project management to healthcare delivery. This role will preferably be based out of our Denver headquarters and has an in-office requirement of two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays, subject to change and offered flexibility). Remote candidates will be considered if strong qualifications and core competencies are demonstrated throughout the interview process. The interview process will consist of an initial phone screen, analytical assessment, behavioral based interview, case study, and call with hiring manager and/or VP.
