HX5 is currently seeking a Business/Financial Analyst to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio in support of the GEARS contract at NASA Glenn Research Center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will provide support as required to the Business and Program Management Office. This will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Provide assistance to GEARS management to conceptualize, develop, and document workflows used in the management of the GEARS contract.
  • Support program operations and general organizational, management, and technical workflow (philosophy, policies, and procedures) services, as requested.
  • Support management functions, processes, and analytical methods/techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information, as required.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of continuous process improvement.
  • Provide additional support as required to the Business and Program Management Office.

Required Skills:

  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and have a high attention to detail.
  • Must have strong understanding of process flows.
  • Must have demonstrated database and Excel skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Must demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education/Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business or Finance and four (4) years of experience; or Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience.

Other Position Requirements:

  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
