The Partnership Operations Specialist is focused on the onboarding of new employer partners, providing support for the Customer Relationship Management system, data analysis and reporting, and managing key workforce cohort partnerships for the University. This position reports directly to the Director of Partnership Operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Higher Education, Communications or related field.
  • 2+ years of business experience with a focus in higher education, operations, account management, project management and/or sales.


SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday during business hours; rare need for evening hours.

PAY:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $34.00.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Serve as the primary account manager for multiple cohort partnership programs, of both large and small scale.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication between internal and externals partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to achieve operational efficiencies on key initiatives.
  • Perform admissions duties to enroll students in non-degree training programs.
  • Support Partnership team members with the development and rollout of new cohort programs.
  • Manage data collection for partner programs and the Partnership department.
  • Analyze data related to partnership effectiveness and impact.
  • Use CRM system to manage partnership data, contacts, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes related to partnership management and Salesforce/CRM.
  • Troubleshoot operational, student or partnership related issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:



  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position most of the time.
  • Must be able to occasionally move around the work location.
  • Constantly operates office and/or teach equipment which may include computers, copiers, fax machines, audio/visuals.
  • Frequently uses voice and hearing to communicate with students, staff or colleagues face-to-face or over the telephone.
  • Visually or otherwise identify, observe and assess.
  • Occasionally move, carry, or lift 10 pounds.
