We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager with the following profile: Mandatory Requirements: Multi-territory Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and coordinating complex, large-scale projects across multiple international locations. Stakeholder Coordination: Exceptional ability to manage diverse stakeholders (HR, IT, external vendors) and drive consensus in a global matrix environment. Communication & Influence: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and influence outcomes effectively. Technical Aptitude: A genuine interest in and capacity to quickly grasp the deployment and functionality of new technologies, particularly AI/data-driven systems, without needing to be a technical expert. Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and adapting plans to overcome challenges in a dynamic project environment. HR/Recruitment Domain Knowledge: Prior experience working within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition functions is a plus AI System Exposure: Familiarity with the implementation or integration of AI-powered tools, especially in a business context is a plus Soft and Hard Skills: Must have: Exceptional Communication: Ability to clearly convey complex information, actively listen, and build rapport with diverse global stakeholders. Influencing & Negotiation: Skill in guiding discussions, resolving conflicts, and achieving buy-in from various parties. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Proactive identification of issues, creative development of solutions, and flexibility to adjust to changing project demands. Collaboration & Teamwork: Capacity to work effectively across different functions and cultures, fostering a cooperative environment. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture, anticipate future needs, and align project activities with organizational goals.
