  • Supervise Temporary Labor: Oversee temp crews during large installations and serve as the on-site project lead.
  • Logistics & Vendor Coordination: Partner with freight carriers and vendors to manage deliveries and service reliability.
  • Project Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel to manage quotes, schedules, and installation documentation.
  • Improve & Innovate: Identify areas for operational improvements and provide post-installation feedback to drive excellence.

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a proactive, hands-on work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with furniture assembly, material handling, or logistics a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active for extended periods (up to 10 hours).

Key Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly-120-145 days/year, primarily via air travel to customer locations.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends, based on project needs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse and customer-facing environments (schools, early childhood centers, etc.).

Physical & Work Environment

  • Frequent standing, lifting, carrying, and moving of equipment and materials.
  • Extended on-site hours during installations.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels and warehouse equipment.
  • Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
