Principal Portfolio Manager | MFG

As a Principal Portfolio Manager you will oversee the success of a portfolio of ERP implementation projects, ensuring high client satisfaction, optimizing implementation time to value, and mitigating portfolio risks. You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to both clients and Epicor Program/Project Managers, leading customer escalations, and monitoring and reporting on project KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and are passionate about driving results through collaboration and strategic oversight-this is the role for you.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as the senior point of contact for assigned client accounts throughout delivery, building trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular check-ins-both remote and on-site-to align on progress, satisfaction, and future service needs
  • Serve as executive sponsor for projects within the client portfolio, participating in key project meetings including kickoffs, steering committees, and milestones
  • Support Project Managers in identifying and mitigating delivery risks while addressing client escalations and driving resolutions in coordination with internal teams
  • Review project health metrics and portfolio performance with leadership to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with Resource Management to align staffing and capacity with delivery timelines
  • Contribute to customer success planning and long-term service expansion strategies

What you will likely bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success and knowledge, including 3+ years of specialized industry experience
  • Proven experience in ERP Implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% and occasionally work at client sites

Range:

Minimum: $80,000 USD Maximum: $220,000 USD
