In the Patient Engagement Specialist position, you would be available to work Monday through Friday with weekends off, Holidays off, and 8:30-5:00 pm Mountain time. In the Patient Engagement Specialist role you would be impacting patients and work directly with them to improve their lives by sharing the benefits available to them that provide much needed support to their care journey. MUST BE LOCATED IN DENVER, CO.
Through a provided lead list, the Patient Engagement Specialist makes outbound calls to individuals (patients and non-patients) with the goal of enrolling them in a health and wellness program. Success in this role involves rapidly building rapport with the call recipient, tailoring the value proposition to their individual needs, overcoming objections, and getting them started in the program. You will be cross-trained to support other Enrollment Patient Representatives in the call center as needed. You will join a team that is professional, collaborative, supportive, results-driven, and which celebrates success. Training and on-going coaching are provided to the HYBRID Enrollment Patient Representative to help improve their skills and performance.
