Job Description

General Summary:

The GxP Operations Support Associate supports small molecule GxP activities including manufacturing and analytical testing at the Vertex Manufacturing Center.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own deviation, CAPA and Effectiveness Check (EC) records in electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and drive to completion by record due dates.
  • Peform RCA in support of investigations
  • Draft and revise GxP documents and coordinate related workflows
  • Perform technical review of analytical and manufacturing data and documentation
  • Support of GxP training including assignment of training and revisions of training material
  • Interface with computerized systems

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn new computer based systems

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Up to 2 years experience

Pay Range:

$25 - $38

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
