Facilities Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The Facility Coordinator will be responsible for overall management, maintenance and improvement of the building's infrastructure and systems, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing. They will ensure the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the facilities in the Carrollton, Texas manufacturing plant, while also leading initiatives for upgrades and improvements.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Conducting routine maintenance checks
  • Overseeing and coordinating projects, including construction activities, contractors and adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Performing minor HVAC maintenance
  • Developing and managing budgets for maintenance, repairs and projects and analyzing cost effectiveness of different solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and project documentation.
  • Maintaining different equipment, fixtures and furniture in the office
  • Providing leadership and operational oversight for all infrastructure and maintenance
  • Maintaining all fire protection and security alarm system


Education and Experience



  • Proficiency in CAD, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and energy efficiency is a plus
  • Hands on experience in construction, maintenance or energy management
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-year experience considered
