Pay Information: Salary Range: $19.03/hr. to $28.56/hr.

This salary range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position.

Target Starting Range: $21.00-$23.00/hr.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Administrative Support, Second-Shift Shipping, is responsible for overseeing the truck appointment scheduling; preparing the appropriate placards, stickers, labels and paperwork; preparing and disbursing shipping documents (bills and customs paperwork); and scheduling Starbucks shipping pickups.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and does not supervise staff. This position may work closely with production planning, plant staff, sales and marketing, customer service, trucking companies, dispatchers, truck drivers, brokers, customers, and custom officials.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY:

KNOWLEDGE OF:



  • Principles and practices of math fundamentals.
  • Principles and practices of production scheduling.
  • Principles and practices of effective business communication; basic report writing methods and techniques; correct English usage, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.


ABILITY TO:



  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate correspondence, documents, reports and other written materials.
  • Perform basic accounting and mathematical calculations.
  • Organize, set priorities, schedule assigned work; oversee multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Use computers and computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, warehouse management systems, and scheduling software.
  • Meet behaviors established in Tree Top's performance management and development process.
  • Be proficient with Ocean Spray's Red Prairie and SAP systems.
  • Prepare reports for Ocean Spray on a daily basis.
  • Upkeep the Ocean Spray shipping/delivery schedule and review daily.


EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION/LICENSES, AND TRAINING:



  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience performing data entry and answering multi-line phones is preferred.
  • A typical schedule for this position is 12 pm to 8 pm, Monday - Friday with occasional requests to work as early as 7 am for coverage as needed. Weekend work may be requested as needed.
