Job Title: Field Services Technician *Overview:*
We're looking for a dependable and skilled Field Services Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support to users across various office locations in the Owensboro area and nearby counties. *Key Responsibilities:* * Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support to end users both remotely and in person * Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software in a Windows-based environment * Perform basic network troubleshooting and diagnostics * Safely lift and carry equipment and work in physically demanding environments when necessary * Travel within the region as required, and a vehicle will be provided *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in desktop support and technical issue resolution * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage tasks independently and respond promptly to user needs * Physical capability to handle equipment and adapt to non-standard work conditions *What We Offer:* * A long-term opportunity with a reliable and supportive team * Comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and future *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
