SUMMARY:
Supports the Bank-wide Third-Party Risk Management Program, which analyzes and manages the risks posed by third-party relationships and is part of the Bank's overall Enterprise Risk Management Program. Responsible for coordinating the onboarding of third parties, supporting the Third-Party Risk Management Officer, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Third-Party Relationship Owners (TPROs) in the ongoing monitoring and review of third parties, coordinating third-party contract processing and maintaining the contract central file and tracking system.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review, update and maintain documentation surrounding third party risk management processes and procedures to ensure documentation is current, accurate, and relevant.
2. Coordinate the onboarding of third parties, relationship changes, ongoing monitoring and the periodic reviews performed based on risk level.
3. Serve as a liaison to the Bank's Third-Party Risk Management Officer, SMEs, and TPROs in obtaining needed information from the third-party and business lines.
4. Perform administrative functions in the Bank's third-party risk management and contract management solutions.
5. Coordinate Third-Party Risk Review packages for submission to the SMEs and TPROs.
6. Maintain the SOC/SSAE reporting process, which includes gathering, coordinating review of, tracking and status reporting.
7. Maintain the User Control Considerations/User Entity Controls/Recommendations process which includes gathering, coordinating review of, tracking and status reporting.
8. Work with Legal Department for review and tracking of vendor contract contents and expiration.
9. Coordinate completion and tracking of fully executed contracts working with Vendor Relationships Owners.
10. Administer vendor approval packages for submission to the Chief Risk Officer.
11. Assist with compilation and maintenance of action items and exceptions tracking.
12. Assist with the preparation of Executive Management Committee, IT Governance Committee, and Board Reporting including the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Dashboard, Third-Party Pipeline Reporting, Contract Management Reporting, Third-Party Watch List, and Third-Party Risk Management Updates.
13. Assist with gathering information for risk assessments, internal and external audit requests, and examinations.
14. Handle special projects as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: (Minimum education required to perform the duties of this position)
* Minimum Associates Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Minimum one year banking experience required.
* Prior risk management experience preferred.
