Summary

Ready to take charge of Lee Healths real estate assets and play a key role in supporting our mission? As the Real Estate Portfolio Manager, youll oversee and optimize our property portfolioensuring every lease and transaction aligns with our strategic goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage lease payments and collections, analyze financial variances, and develop streamlined processes to support smooth real estate transactions.

  • Conduct detailed financial reconciliations of leasesincluding rent, CAM, taxes, and insuranceto ensure accuracy, compliance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Partner closely with Lee Health Legal to review contracts, assess risks, and ensure all agreements meet organizational standards.

  • Maintain open communication with property owners, managers, and internal teams across finance, construction, legal, and outpatient leadership to foster strong partnerships and smooth operations.

Friendly attitude, Strong Computer skills, including MS Office and relational databases. Strong financial skills, Analytical thinker, highly organized and detailed oriented.
