Trilogy Federal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated remote Senior Programmer with expertise with Nuvolo to join our team. As a Senior Programmer, extensive experience is required in web-based and client-server application development, process automation, and integration of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, specifically Nuvolo . This role requires expertise in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and structured query language (SQL), with a focus on developing, modifying, and maintaining applications and scripts that enhance operational efficiency and meet user needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in systems development methodologies, and a proven track record of working on complex projects.
Work is projected to last through March 2026 with anticipated follow-on work.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Customize and configure Nuvolo applications built on the ServiceNow platform to meet client-specific business requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom scripts, UI policies, client/server-side logic, business rules, and integrations specific to Nuvolo modules.
  • Implement tailored workflows and automation for modules such as Space Management, Facilities Maintenance, Capital Projects, or Clinical Asset Management.
  • Extend ServiceNow functionality to support Nuvolo use cases using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and end-users, to gather requirements and deliver tailored Nuvolo solutions.
  • Create and manage data imports, transformations, and mappings between external systems and Nuvolo.
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices for ServiceNow development, security, and performance tuning.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing Nuvolo configurations and customizations to support ongoing operations.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience programming applications and developing custom solutions.
  • Working Nuvolo Clinical EAM Platform experience
  • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) OR ability to obtain both certifications shortly after hire.
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience ofITSMframeworks and web development frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Experience implementing and integrating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software
  • Extensive experience with relational databases and programming languages such as SQL, Java, and/or C#.
  • Proven ability to plan, design, develop, and maintain web-based and client-server applications.
  • Experience with system analysis, design, and project management, with a detailed knowledge of application development and implementation.
  • Strong documentation skills, with experience documenting test conditions, analyzing test results, and troubleshooting application issues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ServiceNow development tools (Flow Designer, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs, ACLs).
  • Working knowledge of Nuvolo modules and architecture.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer (preferred).
  • Nuvolo certifications or prior implementation experience strongly preferred.
  • Active federal security clearance
