We're seeking a Senior Instructional Designer in Orlando in to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

Instructional Designers needed to prepare the organization for the Workday implementation and all Workday enabled transformation to continue critical business operations on the new cloud ERP system.

Specific instructional design system tools include: Articulate Suite (Storyline & Rise), Adobe Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, Microsoft Suite and Captivate.

YOU WILL:

• 
  

  Identifying training needs and gaps within an organization by conducting surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to determine learning objectives.

  
  
• 
  

  Designing comprehensive course structures, including learning objectives, content outlines, assessments, and delivery methods based on identified needs.

  
  
• 
  

  Working closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content.

  
  
• 
  

  Developing engaging learning materials such as presentations, eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and interactive activities using authoring tools.

  
  
• 
  

  Utilizing established instructional design models like ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) to guide the course development process.

  
  
• 
  

  Ensuring the visual appeal and user-friendliness of learning materials to enhance learner engagement.

  
  
• 
  

  Deploying learning materials on appropriate platforms (LMS) and providing support to learners during the training process.

  
  
• 
  

  Gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
