Summary of the Job:

The Associate I, Trainer position will be responsible for completing all Fraud and Non-Fraud Investigations new-hire, ongoing, and refresher training while assisting in and developing new training items and materials. In addition, this role will document and update training processes, and procedural related items within the department.
Complete special projects as assigned within allotted timeframes.

Job Specific Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Ensure every new employee receives the proper training needed to succeed and thrive within the department.
  • Maintain comprehensive job knowledge and provide on-the-job-training (OJT) for all job functions within the department.
  • Maintain a positive and open attitude with all employees ensuring that every question or concern is treated with importance and respect.
  • Responsible for executing all new-hire training.
  • Works with department leadership to assess training and development needs to maintain and improve job skills at all levels.
  • Organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, monthly ongoing training, knowledge check assessments, and skill related training for all employees.
  • Actively creates and maintains training procedure manuals, process guides, and course materials.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments and retraining requirements.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through manager feedback, assessments, and learning opportunities and modifies as needed.
  • Subject matter expert in meetings with business partners, leadership, and project teams.
  • Provides training solutions by working with department leadership to create new ways to effectively train employees.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated effective time management skills
  • Current FNBO Fraud and Non-Fraud Investigations experience

Desired:

  • Previous coaching and training experience
  • Proven ability to create and develop new content as well as manage simultaneous projects to fruition

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $46,679.00-$77,020.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
